Mould Design

We use latest software technologies to design our parts and moulds. We have CAD/CAM/CAE capability to evaluate and manufacture our moulds and tooling with highest accuracy, less lead time and best cost.

We use mould-flow technology for in-depth analysis and validate our mould design before releasing it for production. It allows us to eliminate guesswork and identify the feasibility of part and mould design.

Prototyping and 3D Printing

We can create an accurate plastic model of your part using latest rapid prototyping technology in as little as few hours. These parts can be used to validate the design and help us in detecting and removing any issues before launching a production mould.
