After thirty years of mould manufacturing, we have made our injection mould manufacturing a very robust process focused on achieving maximum efficiency in every phase, product design, mould design, production and value addition. The process is executed by a highly skilled team using latest software technologies and machinery. With this, we have converted thousands of ideas that our customers have into real products.

We make our moulds on industry-leading CNC and EDM equipments with accuracies other find impossible to achieve. We use high stability steel to assure long time during injection moulding process. We even import mould steel, mould accessories, tool bases from Europe to accommodate our customer’s requirements.

All the mould CAD data is stored securely, ready to access whenever we may need to refurbish any mould, even if it is build 10-15 years ago.
