CNC Machining

CNC Machining and Job work is one of the focus area of growth for Archana Plasmould. We have invested with latest machinery such us HAAS Mill and Lathes, Automatic threading machines, etc recently and plan to add more during our growth plan for next few years.

We have in-house CNC Mills, lathes, Threading and tapping machines, Surface Grinders, Welding equipments, EDMs, Wirecut, etc to provide precision machining service to our customers. We have also partnered with suppliers to provide high-speed screw machining, inserts for over moulding, etc to our customers.

We have no limitation to material we can machine. We can machine hard steels, soft steels, brass, copper, plastic, etc with highest accuracy and short lead times.

EDM Job Works

We have been providing EDM machining services to our customers for more than a decade now. We have over 10 EDMs which we use for mould manufacturing as well as to provide job-works services to our customer. We use copper and graphite both in our EDMS, depending on the requirements.
